continued inprovement no pain for two weeks now, just pains an d needles in tips of fingers. Surgery booked for 14th September. Do you think it is still necessary?

As it was quite a short history of CTS to start off with there is a possibility that it may have dramatically reversed just with injection but it was grade 5. I think the ideal way to handle this would be to test it this week and see if it really is much better - can you spare the time? I could probably squeeze in a quick test on Monday or Tuesday. JB
