Dr Samuels appointment

I saw Dr Samuels today. He would like you to test my left elbow. I seemed to remember some form of test that was carried out on 31/5/13 , but could not be certain. If this is the case Dr Samuels did not seem to have the results Regards Simon
We tested quite a variety of nerves last time but we are going to re-check the ulnar nerve next time I see you on 9th October. JB
