splints not helping

I have been using splints on both hands for a while now and they did help to start bit now the pain and discomfort has got so much worse and I now get it all through the day not just at night.
As I haven't seen you since January and it is feeling worse we should probably test again to see if it is getting measurably worse too - whether we go for steroid injection or surgery next will rather depend on how much deterioration there has been. I'll send out an appointment. JB
