return of symptoms

Hi
I had my second injection on my left hand back in June.
The symptoms have returned with a vengeance, the numbness is waking me up during the night, even when wearing a wrist splint. It appears to be worse when lying down and on occasions I have to sit up to relieve to numbness The ache seems to radiate up my arm as well as into my hand, is this usual?
Is it possible to have another injection?

You certainly can get pain radiating up the arm from CTS and yes, another injection is possible, though it is not that long since the previous one and I think it might be wise for us to see you again, re-test it, and discuss the options. I will send out an appointment. JB
