Re-occurence

I am now having a re-occurence of my symptoms. I cannot remember, but I do not think I had symptoms in my thumb before, only fingers. I have a few times experienced the thumb going numb as well. I wonder if its possible to have another injection, as before?
It may well be possible to have a further injection but I haven't seen you for nearly 18 months and I think I would like to check on the state of your median nerve first. I'll send out an appointment. JB
