Referal for surgery?

I had a follow up appointment with Dr Jolyon Miles on the 18th November 2013, 6 weeks after my steroid injections in both wrists. It was determined that there was an improvement on the left hand but not the right which continues to deteriorate. I was informed that I was being referred back to Dr Bland for surgery on the right wrist but to date I have not received any further appointments. I have chased this again today with the Referal Unit and was advised to leave a message asking for information on this forum.
I haven't yet had the follow-up paperwork back from Dr Miles so that's why nothing is happening. I can organise surgery for you and I will pass your details on to the waiting list office for this to be done either here in Canterbury or in Margate. That should get you a surgery slot sometime in January. JB
