injection worked but symptoms have returned with a vengeance

I had injections last time I came to see you and your colleague but unfortunately I had to go to work that day and I think it was a mistake as my symptoms returned very quickly. I have pain in both wrists but my right hand is really bad and is making work quite difficult. I have pain in my wrist all the time now and my arm but gets really bad when working. I'm a builder so my work is physical and involves using my hands all the time for very heavy work. Please can I come and see you to discuss options.

I've filled your reference number in. It was actually quite a while back that we last injected - September 2012. I'll send you out another appointment and we'll see how bad it looks now. JB
