Just posting to remind you that we have spoken today about the return of my symptoms and that you will be sending me an appointment for repeat tests.

I have added a note to your record so that the SIPC office can book you further injections. I'll find a date for a review appointment next time I am in the office. If you let me know when they plan to re-inject I will try to cooridinate it with that JB

Thanks for letting me know. I'm back in the office tomorrow and will sort out a re-test appointment with suitable timing - either just before or just after injection. JB
