problems again

Hello Dr Bland
It is some time since I have contacted you following very successful surgery on my left hand In Jan 2013. My right hand had been good following steroid injection some time before the surgery on my left, and has been so until now, but now the symptoms have returned and I wondered if it is possible to come for another injection? Although the surgery was successful on my left it is still something I would prefer to avoid if possible, at least for a while yet, especially as this last injection must have lasted about 2 years. Please advise.

I would think it is probably reasonable to inject that again but as it is such a long time since we last checked I think we should see you again. I'll send out an appointment. JB
