Hi Emma my right hand started to play up pins needles had bad pain yesterday I'm moving think it's where I'm carrying heavy boxes do you think it's that didn't want this to happen xx

This may just be a temporary relapse. It is possible, as you suggest, that the boxes have aggravated some of your problems. It may settle down after a week or two and some rest. Does it feel the same as it did prior to injection?  EK

I had bad pain in my hand last night not had that before but I got lot more to do I hope it is temporarary I had bad night sleep as like before I shall rest them as soon as I've moved thanks Emma I'll keep you informed xxx

It does sound like the kind of activity that might plausibly trigger a relapse. We'll see what happens. Stay in touch JB

Jb and Emma I'm moved in now hopefully hands will get back to how they were when I had injections done I'm getting pins needles when I'm holding phone as I did before nothing else yet but hand spasms hopefully stop now xx

Try to rest them for a few days to give them the best possible chance to recover from the move! JB

If they are still disturbing your sleep in a couple of weeks I would think about further treatment. JB

Hi Emma jb I have been on holiday my hands are o but had few pins needles in them again a only a tight not bad enough to keep me awake or pain so I see how they go thanks kim hope ur both well

That's 4 months now since injection and still, by the sound of it, reasonably OK. Hopefully those symptoms will settle again. JB
