Actually carpal tunnel surgery is not too difficult at the moment, It's one of the few relatively minor operations that has kept going through the latest lockdown. Having experienced both surgery on one hand and lots of injections you are in the perfect place to decide for yourself what you want done with the right hand at present. Dr Rine, who did the left hand has retired I'm afraid but I can find you a slot in GP based operating list in Ashford on Thursday if you wish. JB
Thanks very much, I would be very grateful for the surgery option, whilst the injection has been the quick fix unfortunately it has reoccurred so many times now and caused so many sleepless nights. My left hand that was done several years ago has been a total success. So if that could be arranged it would be great.
Kind Regards

Do you want to go for the Thursday 10:00 am option at Willesborough Health centre? JB
Hi Dr Bland
On Thursday the 11th March I went to Wiilesborough surgery and after some confusion over the date of the appointment I had my carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand done. Then on the 26th I went back for a a follow up appointment it was decided that it was all fine and complete.
I am very grateful to you for arranging this for me as my nights sleep has returned to normal
Kind regards
Steve Griggs
Hi Dr Bland I had an injection to my right hand by Emma in November and she gave me the option of surgery which I declined. I am now having regular sleepless and painful nights. I wondered if I could reverse that decision, I appreciate that with the pandemic situation this may not be as easy as normal but I would be very grateful if this could be arranged at your earliest convenience.
Kind regards
